Meet Bagel, the young terrier mix with a ruff start and a heart full of hope! This big, lovable goofball sports a one-of-a-kind brindle striped coat that’s as unique as his personality.

Bagel might not know he’s a big boy yet, but that doesn’t stop him from strutting his stuff like he owns the place! He came to us as a tiny pup after a kind volunteer at animal control saw his potential. Thanks to his awesome foster family, he mastered leash walking and even learned the art of housebreaking—so you can say he’s a graduate of the "Pup Academy!"

He had a brief stint in a home, but was returned because he just can’t contain his puppy energy. Bagel would do best in a home with older kids who can handle his playful antics (small kiddos might just end up as his next play toy!). He loves other dogs, but he sometimes forgets about personal space, so a meet-and-greet is a must for any furry friends.

This sweet boy is all about the love and attention! He’s almost fully grown—no more height, but he might put on a little more weight as he fills out. He’s neutered, up to date on shots, and ready to find his forever home where he can be the silly, affectionate companion he was meant to be!
