Hi there, world! I’m Waddles, and I am here to tell you that I am HAP HAP HAP HAP HAPPY! ✨

I’m a 5 ½-year-old spayed Terrier Mix, and let me tell you a secret: I am a total SURVIVOR! I’ve been hit by a car twice, but you know what? Absolutely nothing keeps my tail from wagging. I am a little bit disabled—one of my back legs doesn't have any function, my other back leg isn't 100%, and my hips aren't great—but I promise I don't let that slow down my spirit one single bit!

Right now, I am Heartworm positive, but there's great news! My wonderful friends at Westmoreland and Slappey Animal Hospital are providing all of my treatments! I’m currently on a 30-day doxycycline regimen. Around the end of September, I'll get my first injection, which means I'll have to go on strict rest. Please don't let that scare you, though—it just gives us the perfect excuse to snuggle up, bond, and really get to know one another!

A few more fun facts about me:

I am a very good girl: I am fully house trained, potty trained, AND kennel trained!
I have great taste: I absolutely love toys, and I am obsessed with bones—especially deer antlers!

The only thing missing from my wonderful life is YOU. All I truly want is my very own home and a family to love!
